Banquet Policy for Member Sponsored Events

MEMBER EVENTS:
One benefit of being a Tucson Country Club member is the ability to utilize a multitude of facilities.  Every membership classification has the privilege to use the banquet rooms.  Our goal is to make party/event planning what it should be -- stress-free and fun.


FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
We offer a wide variety or reasonable priced menus.  Dessert, coffee and tea are included with all lunch and dinner entrees.   A 20% gratuity and applicable sales tax will be added to all food and beverage purchases.  If a themed party is on the agenda, our talented culinary staff is capable of producing traditional dishes as well as exotic cuisine.  In addition, our pastry chefs can create a beautiful, sumptuous dessert that will be the grand finale of a delicious meal.


Alcoholic beverages are billed on consumption.  The bar is stocked with the products chosen by the host.  Cash bar is an option, however, we do not accept credit cards, debit cards or checks.  All food and beverage purchased by the member applies to the semi-annual minimum.


ROOM CHARGE:
Members are not charged for the use of the room unless the event offers minimal or no food and beverage.  For example, if a classroom-style setup is needed for a member's business encompassing an entire day offering breakfast, lunch and snack, a room charge will not be in effect.  However, if a theater-style meeting is scheduled after a meal, a setup fee will be assessed.  This fee is based upon the needs and the length of the event.


SERVICE:
From setup to breakdown, with impeccable service in between, the service staff will take pride in addressing the needs of the attendees.  They will make the room shine with attention to detail offering a polished tablescape.  Dedicated to carrying out the planning process, this team makes the event a success.


AMENITIES:
We have a multitude of items to satisfy the needs of every event.  At no additional charge, we provide an array in house linens.  At a reasonable price, we can provide a portable dance floor, candles, mirrors, voties and hurricanes. 

If your needs are technical, we have a laptop computer, projector, wireless internet access, 8 x 8 screens, cordless microphone, podim with microphone, all available for rent.  Our banquet facility is equipped with a sound system and a bar.  Pin lighting is available to make that centerpiece brilliant and create a wonderful ambiance in the room.  At an additional charge, lighting and decorations can be designed to transform the room to the vision of every host.


CATERING:
If entertaining in the comfort of your home is more appealing, our kitchen staff can cater your party.  Hors d'oeuvres, entrees, and/or dessert can be ordered to provide an effortless affair.  This purchase of food will be applied to the semi-annual food and beverage minimum.
